I ordered incorrectly by mistake. Can I still change my order?
In general, we cannot make changes to already paid orders. Please place a new, correct order and let us know so we can cancel the original one if it hasn’t shipped yet. We’re also happy to assist if you accidentally ordered an item multiple times.
Please note that your parcel may already have been shipped. In that case, you can refuse delivery directly with the carrier; it will automatically return to us, and we’ll refund you. If it’s delivered anyway, use our returns portal to create a free return label for Germany.
For international returns, you’ll need to cover return shipping costs yourself. More details and the return address can be found in the returns portal.
