Why doesn’t the cover fit on my CONE?

Please remove any additional hooks or brackets before putting on the cover. The CONE cover is precisely designed – it fits snugly and can also be used as a carrying bag.

For easiest handling, pull the cover over the lid from back to front. Make sure the seam aligns exactly with the oval contour of the lid. Then pull the lower part down gradually and smooth it out. Close the zipper carefully and adjust the material if necessary.

If the cover still feels too tight, please contact our customer service. Send us your order number and – if possible – a photo of the cover on your CONE so we can assist you quickly.
