Where can I find the serial number of my product? How does warranty registration work?

The serial numbers are located on a long, narrow sticker with a barcode. The number is approx. 20 digits long.

The sticker can be found either on the outer box or on the operating instructions. You will find the serial number under the base of all SPIN variants.

The serial number is not the HS code or the article number.

You can find the warranty registration form in your customer account:TO WARRANTY REGISTRATION If you do not yet have a customer account, please create one first.

After you have completed the warranty registration, you will receive a voucher code by e-mail: For SPIN 90 I 120 I 900 I 1200 I 1500 there is 5 EUR, for BOWL I BOWL 57 I BOWL 70 there is 10 EUR, for CUBE there is 15 EUR and for CONE there is a code for a free pair of barbecue tongs.

You can simply redeem these with your next order.

For the free barbecue tongs, please add them to your shopping cart first so that you can then apply the code. Please note that we still have to charge shipping costs (up to 50 EUR value of goods, after that free shipping in Germany).
