Why am I not receiving an email to reset my password?

If you haven’t received an email to reset your password, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find the email there either, contact our customer service – we’re happy to assist and will reset your password for you.

It’s also possible that you don’t have a customer account with us yet, in which case a password reset isn’t possible.

Feel free to create a new account. Please note that previous orders cannot be displayed there, but all new orders will be stored in your new account.
