Can I choose a delivery date?
Your order usually leaves our warehouse the same or the next working day.
Delivery within Germany takes 1–2 business days, within EU countries 3–5 days, and to Switzerland or the UK 3–6 days.
Please ensure you’re available at the time of delivery to receive your package personally.
If you’ve already ordered and would like to change the shipping date, simply contact us – as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll gladly adjust it.
