My package hasn’t arrived? My package can’t be delivered?

With the tracking link we automatically sent to your email during shipping, you can always track your parcel and adjust delivery options.

Please note that tracking updates may sometimes be delayed by up to 24 hours. In rare cases, there may be actual delays or delivery issues. Monitor the status for another 2–3 days before contacting us – most parcels still arrive.

If the status hasn’t changed for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We’ll get in touch with the carrier and investigate. Allow a few days for us to clarify the situation.
