I’d like to exchange or return my order. What should I do?

Returns:
You can generally return an item to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that the product should still be in its original condition.

If you are from Germany, you can return your order to us free of charge.
Simply create a return label and drop it off at your nearest DHL Shop.

For returns from all other countries, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
