I’d like to exchange or return my order. What should I do?

RETURN: Returns within Germany are complimentary. Simply use your order number (SW______) and the email address associated with your purchase to generate a free return label here: Create free return label (DE). Please note: For returns from outside Germany, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which cannot be reimbursed. Once your return has been received, we will process it promptly and issue a refund to your original payment method. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 14 days. You’ll receive a cancellation invoice via email as confirmation once your return is processed.

EXCHANGE: Direct exchanges are not available. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order through the höfats online shop. Return the original item as described above to receive a refund via your initial payment method.
