How long does shipping take? When can I expect my order?

In-stock items are usually shipped within Germany within 1–2 business days. Your order is handed over to our shipping partner the same day or the next business morning.

Within the EU, shipping takes on average 3–5 business days.

For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, we allow a bit more time due to customs clearance before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days.

For bank transfer payments, shipping time starts once payment has been received. Please note that in rare cases there may be delays with our shipping partners.
