Can I choose a delivery service? Which carrier ships my order?

Within the EU, we usually ship with DHL, with local delivery handled by our logistics partners.

For shipments to Switzerland, the UK, and certain special cases, we use GLS.

Our FIRE KITCHEN product is shipped via freight carrier, which will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.
