What is a pre-order? An item in my order is unavailable. When can I expect my order?

You can secure many of our new products in advance—even if they’re not yet available. For sold-out items awaiting restock, ordering remains possible online.

You’ll find the estimated delivery date directly in your order confirmation. Your order is placed as usual via our online shop and we’ll ship it as soon as the product is available.

Payment is made conveniently during checkout. Once your product has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

If other items in your order are already in stock, we’ll ship them first—provided it makes sense and you can use them right away. Otherwise, you’ll receive your entire order together. In that case, we’ll send the pre-ordered product to you later at no extra cost.
