Where can I find the serial number of my höfats product?

The serial number is printed on a long, narrow label with a barcode. The number is approximately 20 digits in length. You will find the label either on the outer packaging or in the user manual.

For SPIN 90, 120, 900, and 1200, the serial number can be found underneath the base. Please note that the serial number is not the HS code or the product number.

For our liquid bioethanol and bioethanol fuel gel, the batch number is located on the bottle neck.
