Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation / parcel shop?

Please note that your parcel must not exceed the size limits for delivery to a Packstation – for larger shipments, send them directly to a parcel shop instead. Here’s how to enter the address correctly:

After your first and last name, enter your personal customer number (Postnummer) in the “Address line 2” field.
In the “Street and house number” field, write “Packstation” or “Postfiliale” followed by the three-digit number.
Make sure to enter the correct postcode and city of the chosen Packstation or post office.

Address entry overview:

Name: your full name
Address line 2: personal customer number / Postnummer
Street and house number: Packstation / Postfiliale + three-digit number
Postcode and city: as per the Packstation / Postfiliale
