Can the shipping address still be changed?

Once you’ve completed your order, you can no longer change the delivery address yourself.

If you notice an error right away, please contact us immediately. As long as your parcel hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to correct the address for you. However, since we often dispatch the same day or by the next business morning, we can’t guarantee that your request will be processed in time.

Depending on the carrier, it may also be possible to update the address via the tracking link or have the parcel returned to us.

If delivery fails, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. We’ll then gladly resend it to the correct address.

If you need your items urgently, we recommend placing a new order with the correct address. Once the original order is returned, we’ll refund it.
