I only received part of my order. When will the rest arrive?

For larger orders, we split your items into several parcels. Sometimes our shipping partners sort them differently, so they may arrive on separate days. Smaller accessories like grill grates can also get stuck at the bottom or sides of the box – please check carefully again.

Also, please verify if the product is currently available. If an item is out of stock, this is shown in the shop and on your order confirmation with the next possible delivery date. As soon as it’s back in stock, we’ll send it to you right away.
