How can I cancel my order?
Due to our commitment to rapid dispatch—typically ensuring delivery within 1–2 days—our warehouse often processes orders immediately. As a result, it is sometimes not possible to accommodate all cancellation requests before parcels are prepared and shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery via the parcel tracking system. Should you still receive your parcel, you are welcome to return it free of charge within the United Kingdom.
